UPDATE 4/11: Our Columbus location is now open.
We are temporarily closing our Columbus location. We've been notified that a customer who visited our store has allegedly tested positive for COVID-19. The store is being professionally disinfected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
UPDATE 4/9:
The individual contacted us through our website and informed us anonymously, and didn't provide specific dates or times. We continue to take the health of our staff, and the communities we serve very seriously, and are acting to prevent the spread of this disease. We acted on this information as soon as it was received and will provide more information if it becomes available. We contacted the appropriate health officials—they did not have any cases where our Columbus location was identified as a place visited by someone who tested positive. In an abundance of caution, we are moving forward with disinfecting the store.

Here at Cubby’s the wellbeing of our team and our customers is our first priority. We are taking many steps to make sure our teammates and customers are as safe as possible and to stem the spread of the Coronavirus.
We are making sure that everyone on our team understands that if they are not feeling well or believe that they are ill to stay at home and not to come to work. Our team has been asked to double their cleaning and disinfecting operations in terms of our restrooms, fuel dispensers, door handles and any place that you our customer come in contact with.
Until further notice we be discontinuing the use of refillable mugs and cups for coffee and fountain drinks.
Gloves are available for our teammates to us at their option when handling cash and scanning items that have been brought to the register.
