🔧 **Youngs Automotive is looking to add an experienced technician to the team!**

We’re a small, growing shop in **Atwater/Randolph, Ohio**, and after a little over a year in business, we’re looking for the right person to help us keep moving forward.

We work on **all makes and models** and handle a mix of repairs. I’m mainly looking for someone with a good overall knowledge of automotive repair who is **honest, experienced, and ready to work**.

Ideally, the right technician would be comfortable taking on **larger jobs such as timing jobs, engine replacements, transmission replacements, and in-depth diagnostics**. We’re looking for someone who can handle a variety of repairs and take pride in doing the job right.

We offer **pay based heavily on experience, flexible scheduling, overtime opportunities, and diagnostic equipment and specialty tools provided**.

Our schedule is flexible right now, with most work taking place between **9–6, Monday–Friday**. Weekend work depends on what needs done.

🚗💥 This customer waited a little too long…
This vehicle came in after the driver lost control on a wet road — and these old tires were a big part of the reason. As you can see, the tread was completely worn down, leaving almost no grip in the rain.
