Pretty pleased with our first outing in a Late Model division. Tri-County Speedway is a great track with a great field. Nathan Quella Racing did an outstanding job for only having one day of practice, not feeling sticker tires or being taped up until his first qualifying effort in a brand new chassis. Super proud of him bringing us a car home on the lead lap. Looking forward to more!

Finished the set up on the 42 car for Tri-County Speedway tomorrow. This will be the debut of the CCI Late Model Chassis and we couldn’t be more excited. As expected, the "last 10%" takes 90% of the time, but we are making good progress. We've ended up with roughly 470 pounds of lead in the car (for a 170-pound driver) with well over 53% rear weight. Not too bad for building a car purposefully sturdy, with the frame rails at the maximum width to better protect drivers. We've been very meticulous about sourcing parts and hardware that fit the first time and can be purchased again with confidence. Can't wait for Nathan Quella Racing to get her broke in on the track! If any racers would like to see it up close, please feel free to reach out. We'd be happy to have you come to the shop and check her out.

"Adah" Update: She's starting to come together. It's been awesome to see her go from the computer screen to reality. We were extremely detailed in our chassis engineering, fixture designs, manufacturing processes, and it shows. Slugs are falling into place, bolt holes line up, tapers match, and the wheels are positioned where we think they should be. It's hard to make the math lie. We've been diligent in sourcing our purchase components, so we know what we buy/sell will fit our chassis and that it can be obtained again. Even more exciting is that we have another car ready for powder coating and assembly. Now we just need to get it sold so we can afford to go racing this season! https://www.ccichassis.com/
