Recently had a Subaru towed in with a grinding noise complaint from the customer. The rear left side was sagging pretty good compared to the right side. Upon inspection I found a rear coil spring and strut had broken and were rubbing on the brake line. If this customer would have continued to drive the vehicle he would have lost all his brake fluid and control of the vehicle. I am so glad he choose to have it towed into the shop instead of attempting to drive it here.
