IMPORTANT NOTICE...
Due to COVID-19, the Route 11 Yard Crawl has been canceled this year.
IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR! THE ANNUAL RT. 11 YARD CRAWL! AUGUST 8TH... 7AM TO 3PM
The Route 11 Yard Crawl is over 43 miles of yard sales and business sales along the Old Valley Pike, U.S. Route 11. It’s Virginia’s largest yard sale, offering hundreds of individual yard sales, shopping and food trucks. There is no official starting point for the crawl, however the official crawl is from New Market to Stephens City. You may start at any point. The Route 11 Yard Crawl is a partnership of the Towns of Strasburg, Woodstock, Edinburg, Mt. Jackson and New Market, the Shenandoah County Chamber of Commerce and the Shenandoah County Tourism Office.
Please note: The health and safety of our community and visitors remains a top priority. Due to Covid-19 many vendors will not be participating as in years past. Please understand that this year may be a smaller Crawl under these new guidelines.
For the health and safety of our community and the Yard Crawl participants we recommend that everyone follow the CDC guidelines to include:
-Cloth face coverings highly recommended in public settings and when around people.
-Maintain at least 6' physical distance between persons not living in the same household.
-Practice routine cleaning and disinfection of high contact areas and hard surfaces.
-Utilize best hygiene practices of hand washing and/or hand sanitizer often.
-If you're sick, please stay home and plan to visit us next year!

SEPTEMBER 20TH THRU. SEPTEMBER 22ND - EDINBURG OLE' TIME FESTIVAL, Edinburg, VA
On the third Friday of each September, this sleepy little town, nestled along US-11 (Exit 279 on I-81), comes alive with the Festival of music, arts, crafts, parade, entertainment and great food. The best part of the Festival, though, is our people. The theme is that of another time. A time when things moved a little slower, a time when people took the time to visit with each other, but most of all, a time when everybody enjoyed the life they had and the friends they shared.
