Ignore the mess.

Local dealership called and asked if I could program a new ecm for them.

I didn't have a bench cable for this ecm, but I was able to manually pin it out with my universal harness.

Took template from old ecm, flashed new ecm and applied template.

Quick Sunday job. Unit has 3k hours, was in severe derate due to dpf being face plugged. Dpf differential pressure was 5 psi at start of regen, and .3 after during engine idle.
3 psi at idle is still quite excessive, this dpf is at the end of its life cycle.

Dpf needs to come out and get sent off to cleaning facility for testing and cleaning, but customer will be able to run the machine for this job before pulling machine off line and getting it properly repaired.

Agco terragator needed more power! Was able to retain emissions and bump up power 🔋.

Customer in Caribbean needed more power out of his Isuzu Elf. Ecm is a Transtron SH7058, read/write with kt200. We were able to turn it up and get it shipped back in 24 hrs.
