Rhode Island Antiwar Committee (RIAC)
1. and NATO military operations and interventions on foreign soil.
2: End all US aid to Israel. Solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for full human rights and self determination.
3. End U.S. economic sanctions against sovereign nations.
6. End the embargo/blockade against Cuba. Close the U.S. prison in Guantánamo.
7. Su
pport and fully implement the UN Declaration of Human Rights. Abide by international law.
8. Restore civil liberties; Repeal the Patriot Act, end mass surveillance including the weaponization of Artificial Intelligence.
9. Free all political prisoners.
10. We don’t believe that the ruling classes should dominate the world or make the rules.
11. Militarism is a huge financial burden. Convert the war economy to programs supporting human needs such as universal health care and free education.
12. Support a multi-polar world not dominated by any one nation.
13. Close all U.S. military bases across the globe.
14. Unlike the current United Nations, no powerful countries should have veto power. Equal rights are needed. RHODE ISLAND
