A Tesla isn't complete without a vanity plate that makes a point.

On that note, this will be the last post until September as I will be spending my summer in Toronto and Detroit. With that in mind, I'd like to thank everyone for lending a purpose to a pastime I've enjoyed for quite a while as a gearhead. More exciting things are in the works for the new school year, but if there is any particular idea you'd like to suggest, feel free to shoot me a message through here. A brand new '14 Jaguar F-TYPE V8 S on Chambers last weekend.

The F-TYPE V8 S is the flagship model of the F-TYPE Convertible lineup. Powered by a 5.0L supercharged V8 that produces 495 horsepower, the F-TYPE V8 S can accelerate from standstill to 60 in a mere 4.2 seconds.

The F-TYPE is available in both Coupe and Convertible configurations. The V8 S Convertible featured here has a starting price of $92,000.

Jaguar claims the F-TYPE is the spiritual successor of the famous E-Type. Whether you may agree with this or not, it is safe to say that the F-TYPE is one of the finest vehicles from Jaguar in a while.

An extremely rare '14 Lotus Evora S at Palmer Square today.

The mid-engine rear-wheel drive Evora is the only Lotus to sport a 2+2 configuration (4 seats in layman's terms). This particular Evora is the S model which adds a supercharged 3.5L V6 that pumps out 345 horsepower.

Lotuses are not common sights in North America, especially the Evora. Fortunately for us Princetonians, there is a Lotus dealership about 15 minutes north of the University in Hopewell, NJ.

I'll post a link to the dealer and continue the shameless pitch if someone over there promises me a test-drive of one of these.

A brand new '14 Land Rover Range Rover Long Wheelbase (L) Supercharged at Palmer Square yesterday. The first one I've seen on the road too.

If this Range Rover looks a tad off, you certainly aren't just seeing things as this is the new-for-2014 Long Wheelbase model. Essentially a stretched version of the standard Range Rover, the LWB adds 7.3 inches of rear legroom thanks to a stretched wheelbase of nearly 8 inches.

The LWB only comes with the 5.0L supercharged V8 that churns out 510 horsepower. While its starting price is just over $106K, checking off a few option boxes can easily translate into a final price of over $200K.

A rare Samoa Orange '13 Audi TT S-line Competition on Witherspoon.

The Competition adds black optics, matte black rotor wheels, and a TT-RS rear spoiler on top of the S-line upgrades. The paint is truly spectacular in person I might add.

A clean '13 F10 BMW M5 Competition Package in Silverstone on Nassau today.

Had to stand in live traffic to get the second shot, but it was worth it for my favorite sedan. 575 horses under the hood of this, need I say more?
