For those of you, both near and far, that has known us for any amount of time and those who don’t, know that we take pride in our craft, frying catfish! You also know that we’re extremely proud of the corn meal breading that we use and have been using since 1994!

Just wanted to share some cool news with y'all. Deonte (the one standing to Dante) applied and got accepted to PVU. he will also be playing basketball for them. In addition, he has received the first ever HBCU scholarship from Southwest HS. Mlk Advisory and staff are also working on giving him an addition scholarship as well. Thank y'all for being a part of this! It warms my heart & he stated that the trip is what changed his mind about going! 😁😁 This is what makes all the hard work worth it.

This young man has an amazing story and an even brighter future and we are more than excited to have played a small part in his decision and will be giving him a $1,000 scholarship!
