A New T-Motor Product has arrived! This new motor is the improved version of U10. It is the multirotor motor U10 Plus.
The Plus version is tougher, higher quality, and assembled & wound to a higher quality. It is also slightly more efficient, & more powerful than its predecessor.
We have the new version U10 Plus in both 100Kv and 170Kv versions.
A while back we posted pics of a huge sized long duration heavy lift quad built for a client. It used the original version of U10 100Kv running on 10s. It was a lidar quadcopter with 45 minute+ flight capabilities with a 7.5lb payload. That big lidar quad would truly be record breaking if refit with these new motors.
170Kv version is exciting as well. When testing the original U10 100Kv we could not find a great motor / prop combo for use with the popular 6s battery. We found the sweet spot for the 100Kv using 10s and a huge prop. We predicted and suggested to Tiger motor that a higher Kv range might be perfect for 6s use. U10 Plus Kv170 is indeed perfect for 6s and quite powerful monster of a motor.
