Today, we diagnosed a charging issue on a Regal. The customer had previously paid a service company to diagnose the issue and he was charged for a new battery charger and batteries, along with installation. However, upon investigation, we discovered that the battery charger had not been replaced, nor had the batteries. Instead, they had paralleled the engine batteries with the house batteries to enable system functionality. We are receiving the necessary parts by the end of the week and expect to have the customer operational again before the weekend. Don’t let this happen to you, give us a call today for any of your vessel needs.
