We’re still celebrating! 🥳 Southern Aire RV Resort officially took home the 2026 Best Park Award from the Florida & Alabama RV Park & Campground Association.

The Florida and Alabama RV Park and Campground Association (FRVCA) has presented a Best Park Award to Southern Aire RV Resort in Thonotonassa, according to a press release. Southern Aire RV Resort is a 432-site resort with a heated pool and spa, a large lake, a dog park and an inviting common area.....

This recognition means the world to us and reflects the dedication our team pours into creating a wonderful experience for our community. It’s been a fantastic couple of days of networking and celebration, and we’re coming home with even more passion for what we do!

🐣✨ It’s hard to believe this little Sandhill Crane c**t hatched just a few weeks ago on Easter Sunday. Watching how much they grow and change in such a short time is one of the best parts of being out in the field. Those 'baby wings' are already getting some air!

Headline: Look who’s exploring the resort! 🐣🏠

Our little Sandhill Crane family at Southern Aire RV Resort has been busy making their rounds! We spotted them yesterday afternoon taking a grand tour of the property. It is so special to watch this little one grow up right before our eyes and get comfortable in its surroundings.

While we all love having them here, we want to keep them safe and wild.

🚫 PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
We know it’s tempting, especially when they look so cute, but feeding Sandhill Cranes is actually harmful to them. It teaches them to lose their natural fear of humans and can lead to aggressive behavior or injuries from getting too close to cars and people.

⚖️ It’s also the law:
In Florida, feeding Sandhill Cranes is prohibited under Florida Administrative Code 68A-4.001. Intentionally feeding them can result in a citation and fines.

Let’s keep our resort a safe haven for this family. Please enjoy them from a distance and help us protect our feathered neighbors! 📸✨
