One of the many projects in way of the 32. My daily summertime drive is a 1970 Ford Maverick. I had one in high school, pulled the 6 out of it, and installed a Blair's Speed built 302, left it with four drum brakes. I have no clue how I stopped that car. The first mod I did to this one was put on front disc brakes.
Last fall, it was parked in my driveway and rolled down the hill into the garage, where it hit my Kawasaki Mule. Mule was fine, but it destroyed the hood and grill, some trim pieces, and the fender. I've spent about $1500 on new and used parts to get it back on the road.
The Hobart MIG/TIG/Stick I bought new over four years ago, and used it for the first time today. Before that, I used a cheap Tractor Supply "Farm Hand"; it was junk! But it got my 57 Chevy body work done! My Hobart worked like a charm!
