Better late than never

decided 2 days before race he wanted to compete. I asked him if he was going to bring the big check home and told me "f yeah".

So we got to work. Engine was hurt. We had a bare block Thursday. We still had to clearance the block for the CCW crank. Check bearing clearances / piston ring gaps, plus get it all assembled. Engine was assembled friday at 8pm. We had the engine in the car 10pm. Fired up and verified timing at 11:30pm. Quick 2 step check and loaded on trailer at 12pm.

Drove through the night, got to the track at 6am Saturday morning. Slept for a few minutes in the truck until the track opened.

Dave did was he does. Drove the wheels off this hot rod and took the big check home.

Twin turbo big block Chevy Camaro just got a serious upgrade with a Fueltech 600 install. Our harnesses are custom made for great fit as well as function. We've got shock sensors, front wheel speed, driveshaft RPM, transmission line and converter pressure, transmission temp sensors, plus all the engine side sensors and boost control for maximum data. The car is now running smooth, and base timing is set. All the little details are wrapped up. Next stop, the dyno, then it's time to hit the track.
We love to see these cars drive out of our shop under their own power.

1999 Trans am WS6 twin turbo. Engine is forged pistons and rods with a stock crank LS1. We put a twin disk clutch in, fixed some wiring issues. Has all working ABS, TCS and A/C. We also retuned on HP tuners using dyno. Car came in making 500whp. We turned the boost up to 12psi and it left making just about 600whp. Fun little street car.

2007 Corvette Z06
We built a forged LS7 427. It has a Callies crank and rods along with wiseco 11:1 pistons. Topped off with RPM heads and a ported Msd intake. This C6 is ready to make some power. We also rebuilt the torque tube with all new bearings and seals, as well as billet guibos. We will have this on the dyno soon.

WS6 we just recently finished up. This car came to us to be wired up on a fueltech 600. We built a custom panel and harness for it thats easily serviceable.This car is equipped with all the good sensors including shocks, wheelspeed, driveshaft, laser ride height, nitrous pressures at the solenoids front and rear solenoids as well as at the bottle. Almost maxed out inputs on ft600. We then chopped the whole roof right off this hot rod and fit a Joe Overbeck carbon fiber roof, this took off about 100lbs. We also fit up carbon doors with working door handles and carbon fiber trunk lid. Lastly we got all the lexan windows in.
This is a BBC/th400 single nitrous kit setup and will be out there racing shortly.

Fueltech 600 on a turbo arctic cat. Custom harness equipped with all the basic sensors as well as boost control, EGTS, back pressure, coolant pressure, track speed, sparkpro. We also made up stainless exhaust tig welded and backpurged.
This is not something we normally do but it challenged us and was fun to do.

Turbo SBF powered Mustang we upgraded from MS3 to Fueltech 600. This car has 4 shock sensors, driveshaft rpm, front wheel speed and a bunch of other sensors for all the data. Wiring panel and harness all made from scratch. got us in on the mainline hub dyno and it went very smooth and trouble free. Car made great power but was cut short due to running out of fuel pump.

2012 CTSV we installed a kong 2650 and kong throttle body, along with a set of long tubes. We added v bands for easy install and removal. Cleaned the tune up with hptuners and it's back on the streets.

Monster triple disk clutch install on a 2009 ZR1 corvette. We also rebuilt the torque tube with all new bearings and aluminum isolators. Along with all the fluids changed.

always getting these cars shined up before they leave.

1967 mustang fastback big block ford 390 FE. This car has throttle body edlebrock efi and a 5 speed manual transmission. The owner bought it brand new in 1967 and they drove it from New york to California and back. It was crashed in the 70s and brought back to life. The original owner passed away and his wife completely restored the car in memory of him. This is the first time the car has been on the road since 1990. We did some finalizing on this car to get it road worthy. Fixed some electrical issues as well as the a/c. Tuned the edlebrock and this mustang is ready for the road.
