🗓️Schedule:
Thursday, October 22nd:
• Parking and Registration: 7pm-9pm
Friday, October 23rd:
• Pits Open: 8:00am
• Parking: 8am – 11am
• Registration: 8:30am – 11:30am
• Practice: 11:30am – 1:30pm
• Drivers Meeting: 2pm
• Qualifying: 2:45pm with Heats and Mains to follow
Saturday, October 24th:
• Pits Open: 8:00am
• Parking: 8am – 9:30am
• Registration: 8am – 10am
• Drivers Meeting: 10:00am
• Practice: 10:30am
• Trailer Trick or Treat after practice! Dress your best for the costume contest!
• Qualifying & Heats to follow
• Power Wheels race after
💲Admission and Pricing:
All Access Pass= $25/single day OR $45/weekend CASH ONLY
-All Access Passes - Each person (Ages 5+) will be required to purchase an All Access Pass, sign the insurance waiver and get their wristband.
Note: Drivers pit passes are *not* included in registration entry fees.
-General Admission: You must buy an All-Access Pass, no exceptions.
-Scoring Fee: $10 one day or $20/weekend scoring fee per driver.
✍🏻Registration:
- Driver Entry Fees are pinned at the top of our page for Friday and Saturday.
-If you don't pre-register via MyRace Pass, the cost increases $10/class/day.
-Registration forms must be FULLY filled out before approaching the front desk. You will pay your registration fees and All Access passes when you approach the desk then you will move to the next station to draw.
-If you pre-register, we will have a form pre-filled out for you. Double check your pre-registration forms prior to coming to the desk to ensure accuracy.
-If you did not supply your transponder number for pre-registration, you will need that before you come up to the desk.
🅿️Parking:
-PLEASE USE THE ENTRANCE ON CTY RD CC TO ENTER THE TRACK AND FOLLOW AROUND THE NORTH SIDE OF THE RACETRACK. DO NOT USE THE BIG TRACK PIT ENTRANCE.
-PARKING IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SO WE ARE ABLE TO FIT EVERYONE IN. IF YOU PULL IN AND PARK WITHOUT AN ARENA EMPLOYEE YOU MAY BE ASKED TO MOVE.
- Please unhook your towing vehicle and park it on the South side of the arena or the North campground as soon as you park. (Keep in mind that we have to allow enough space for emergency vehicles to be able to navigate thru).
-Blacktop Parking: $40/spot
ℹ️General Information:
-💵Cash Only Facility: Cedar Lake Arena is CASH ONLY, we will not and cannot accept checks or cards. There is an ATM nearby at The Post a couple miles south of the Arena.
-🚼Birth Certificate: PLEASE remember to bring a birth certificate (cannot be a copy) OR valid ID to registration to prove age if you have not raced with us this year! Each year we will need to verify ages. If you have raced with us this season, we do not need a birth certificate or proof of age.
-⛽Fuel: Kwik Trip North in New Richmond (1112 N Knowles Ave) – ANY PUMP - 91 Non-ethanol
-📝2026 NKA Rules will be followed (engine & restrictor plates, etc.) - All other rules must follow Cedar Lake Arena Rules and/or Upper Midwest Kart Rules or if otherwise stated in our rule book.
🚦Transponders
Our transponder system will only read MyLaps and AMB transponders, it will NOT read Westhold brand and you will have to get a rental. Transponders are required! If you do not have one, we will let you borrow one. Cost of borrowing one: Free for Rumble Races.
If you borrow a transponder, you must leave an ID or credit card to hold it. Any transponders not returned will be charged fee’s by Cedar Lake Speedway, this is out of our control. You do NOT need to return your transponder on Friday night if you are racing Saturday as well, the battery will hold enough charge for both days. Please return it right after your features conclude.
🏎️Additional Notable items:
• You must enter at least 1 Non-Pro class to be eligible for a Pro class (your Non-Pro class cannot be a wing kart for flat kart or vice versa)
•❓ If you have any questions, please direct them to this page ONLY, and we will respond as soon as we can.
•⛺ Camping is available and free! However, there is no water or electricity. No camping reservations are required.
• 🌞 🌧️ We will run this event Rain or Shine For those of you who have not been to our facility before, we are an indoor track. However, pit parking is outdoors, so come prepared with canopies/heaters etc. to protect from the elements!
• 🎟️All Access passes are required for anyone on the premises! We will have random checks throughout the weekend. If pit crews/fans don't have wristbands, you may be asked to leave the facility and driver disqualification is a possibility.
• To follow along, this event will be broadcasted on MyRacePass under Cedar Lake Speedway Indoor Arena.
• 📣There will be a grid announcer to call classes up to the grid. Please be prepared when your class is called! We reserve the right to start a race without an entrant due to timeliness.
-📸We have a photographer for this event. Hagan Photography Motorsports - HPM will be on board for the duration of the event. Please reach out to them to order your photo packages.
