This Honda Rancher was dropped off because of some pretty serious transmission issues.

We found worn out dogs, gears, and shift works. This engine was completely disassembled and cleaned out while replacing some worn out seals, bearings and gaskets.

This machine is ready for several more years of service. No job is too big or small, all makes of ATVs, UTVs, dirtbikes and motorcycles! Certified professional work, half the price of most dealerships.

This 2014 KTM 250f came down for a general look over.

We found that the linkage bearings and swingarm were seized, rear shock blown, fork seals leaking, valves out of adjustment, dirty oil filter, fuel filter and air filter. Needless to say this bike felt like a new machine afterwards.

This CRF150RB was sold to a customer claiming “it only needs a valve adjustment”. Well of course that wasn’t the case, the cam gear slipped and destroyed the cam, buckets, valve and cam holder. We cleaned out the engine and got this machine back together for an unimaginable affordable price.

This 2024 KTM was brought in for us to go over after a few hours of light riding. Like most new bikes this bike had very little grease on the bearings, bolts, and axles. We went through this machine thoroughly as well as checking the valve wear and installing the ever so important dirt tricks timing chain tensioner. This process is a must for any new KTM.

Jimmy got his moneys worth on these original valves from 2008. We installed new valves and did a fresh carb rebuild. Jimmy is back to his regularly scheduled program!
