It has been 9 years that I have been the caretaker of QuadraDeuce, and its time to move to a new owner. The car was initially built in 1995, with the first 20 years as a marketing car for Summit Racing, then these last 9 years I have had the honor of driving it around. It has been driven to all car shows except for the Wheel Hub Live event in Nebraska a few months ago.

Take a look here at Bring a Trailer:

Bid for the chance to own a Summit Racing QuadraDeuce AWD ’32 Ford Roadster Highboy at auction with Bring a Trailer, the home of the best vintage and classic cars online. Lot #155,610.

QuadraDeuce is loaded up and ready for the trip out to Lincoln, Nebraska for Wheel Hub Live, at the Museum of American Speed. I usually drive QuadraDeuce to car shows in California, but this is a bit longer trip, so first time on a trailer during my ownership. Thanks to Steve, Doug, and Debbie for the travel assistance. The Martini Mustang, built by Steve Strope's Pure Vision Design, will be loaded up in the trailer also.

In this picture is Mike Casey (black shirt, Mike Casey’s Metal Fab), Mickey Lauria (middle, Total Performance), and Jimmy Moniz (white shirt, Moniz Auto Body). These are some of the craftsmen that built the initial version of the QuadraDeuce back in 1995.

It has been pretty exciting lately, as I have been contacted by two of the original builders of the QuadraDeuce. I had a great phone call with Mike Casey who was the main fabricator after Summit Racing, Mark Stielow, Larry Erickson and many others did part of the initial build. The other craftsman, Mickey Lauria, has contacted me through the website also but we have not had a chance to chat yet.

It's absolutely amazing to speak with these guys that were way ahead of their time building this one of a kind all wheel drive '32 roadster in a short amount of time in order to get it to it's debut at the Syracuse Nationals car show in July 1995.
