I guess today was tow day thursday. Two trucks got towed in both in 5 MPH Derate.
The dodge came from the stealership they quoted him a new truck pretty much to fix his truck 🤣🤣 customer looked for an alternative options he found DPF Alternatives and now is in great hands. We'll work our magic and get him back on the road ASAP not a week or two later.

Here's the start to a very busy weekend!! We have a peterbuilt, Freightliner, Volvo and Chevy Duramax all in for DPF service.

Tested for hydrocarbons in the DEF and it failed the test. We've been getting a lot of trucks in with this issue lately. We recommend using the DEF that comes in boxes yes it's more expensive but it's cheaper than a over the road repair bill after getting bad DEF from the pump.

The over looked never would of thought connectors on the aftertreatment harness being corroted would cause so much headache time and money down. We are staying in our lane and figuring out problems others can't. There's so many other factors than just servicing your DPF filter, we try and figure out the route cause fix that and move down the list.

When was the last time you serviced your DPF aftertreatment system?

Help us help you by getting in here before any major component failure (Turbo, VGT, DPF, DOC, SCR and the list/expense goes on) we can save you thousands on parts replacement unless the system has been neglected. Then it is what it is! Whatever needs replaced, we can't save them all but we definitely try.

Picking up parts at the fun never stops. We do everything we can to quickly get the job done right the first time. It can cost a little more now at home or a lot more over the road if you breakdown with towing cost, labor cost, parts cost, most important downtime costs. We can have you in and out in 1-2+ days depending on your filter. If it's a maintenance service 1 day. But if the system has been neglected you can be in the 2+ day service.

We installed the DPF aftertreatment system. Cleared the codes and reset the ash count on the and this message popped up. First regen initiated to check for leaks and make sure everything checks out.

Are you having NOx conversion efficiency issues? Do you have excessive white smoke or weird smell during a regen or just parked and idling? You could have a DEF leak or plugged up DEF injector.
