There is alot of wonderful activity happening today at Oak Ridge Estates. Portions of our new expansion area are receiving asphalt today and tomorrow! Watch out for trucks!
Quick reminder, the expansion area is still very much a construction zone and is not open for residents, or for public viewing… not yet folks! We will notify you all when it is safe. Thank you!!

As we ring in the New Year, we want to take a moment to say thank you to all of our wonderful residents. This past year was made special because of the people who make our community such a great place to call home. We’re grateful for the memories, the neighborly spirit, and the moments we shared together.

❄️Before heading out from Oak Ridge for your fir-tree hunt, don’t forget to bundle up—bring your warm clothes, gloves, hats, blankets, and of course plenty of hot cocoa and snacks. Tree hunting is serious business… and hungry business. 😉

🎫 Tree permits are available now through December 24th from the BLM Medford District Office and the Rogue River–Siskiyou National Forest.
For just $5, you can take home a beautiful Noble Fir, Douglas Fir, Shasta Red Fir, or White Fir (up to 12 feet tall!).🎄

📱✨ And here’s something new to make your adventure even better:
A partnership with Avenza Maps means you can download a free tree cutting map that works even with zero cell service. (Which is perfect, because we all know the best trees🎄 are hiding where your phone has no service. 😉)

Don’t forget your tree permit and your FREE downloadable map—because adventure is great, but getting lost is not so much fun. 🚙

Stop by the office anytime from December 8th through December 19th and we will happily provide you with an admission ticket to this event. Each ticket covers a car full of merry makers, giving everyone a chance to enjoy a sparkling walk-through the beautiful twinkling lights.

You may visit on any evening between:

Quick Reminder: Don’t Get Caught in the Shower When the Water Goes Off!
On Monday December 1st and Tuesday December 2nd, we will be rerouting water lines.

** During the hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, each day, water in the community will be temporarily shut off and unavailable **

Service will resume as soon as possible and, on or before 5:00 PM each day. Please make any necessary arrangements for alternative water sources during the disruption. I will have a limited number of bottles of water available at the clubhouse. If you are in need of a drink of water, stop by to see me!

We understand this disruption may be an inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize.
Thank you for your patience while we make these necessary improvements. We appreciate you!
