Spark plug thread repair insert failure on the Ford E-350. Resulting in the spark plug being ejected from the motor and the insert dropping into the cylinder. Luckily, we were able to retrieve it before any damage occurred to the valves or cylinder walls. A new set of castings and a valve job will get this E-350 running in tip-top shape again.

The soft top lift cylinders failed in this Mercedes CLK500 convertible, preventing the soft top from operating correctly. These cylinders are most likely to fail since they lift the most weight. New lift cylinders and seals on the hydraulic lines got the customer ready just in time for drop top Arizona weather.
