First and foremost, we’d like to say thanks to all of our loyal customers — we appreciate your continued support!
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain efficient operations, we will be implementing a late fee policy on all future invoices. Effective immediately, any invoice that remains unpaid more than 30 days past the due date will incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount. This fee will be applied every 7 days the invoice remains outstanding.
