Liquid CerakoteTM has a unique ceramic structure that out-performs any competitive coating and improves performance in both laboratory and real world settings.CerakoteTM coatings are formulated for specific applications and technical requirements.Current CerakoteTM product lines include coatings specifically for exhaust systems, pistons and high wear applications. In addition, CerakoteTM is available in a line of ceramic clear coats.

CerakoteTM High Temperature Coatings are designed to improve the performance of exhaust systems. These coatings prevent corrosion, increase durability and provide thermal insulation. CerakoteTM exhaust coatings are available in a variety of colors and finishes ranging from semi-gloss Black Velvet to high gloss Stoplight Red. A line of Satin Metallic finishes are also available.

All of these products can withstand temperatures in excess of 1200°F and select coatings can withstand temperatures higher than 1600°F.

CerakoteTM Thermal Barrier products significantly reduce heat transfer of components that operate at elevated temperatures. CerakoteTM Thermal Barrier products can alter heat transfer by up to 15% depending on the specific application.
