A customer's vehicle exhibited symptoms of dashboard and steering wheel vibration during braking, suggesting possible brake issues. Thorough inspection revealed the rotors and pads were good, however, a sway bar link was missing. The part was purchased, installed, and a test drive confirmed resolution of the issue, avoiding an unnecessary brake job.

Customer experienced a no-start issue following a complete power loss, where the vehicle shut down and refused to restart. Diagnostic testing indicated the battery had no charge. After conducting a jump-start, the cables were removed, and the vehicle immediately stalled. Further examination revealed the alternator was not generating a charge while the engine was running. The alternator was replaced, and following a jump-start, the vehicle remained operational and successfully produced a charge.

A customer scheduled a diagnostic visit due to an oil leak and illuminated check engine light following an oil change at a service center. Prior to inspecting the vehicle, the oil was drained, and a thorough examination of the filter, filter housing, oil pan, timing cover, seals, and valve covers was conducted after cleaning. Having checked the most probable causes, including a double gasket or cracked oil filter housing, new oil was added, and the vehicle was started to locate the leak. Upon immediate startup, the issue was identified as a failed gasket on the alternator bracket, which attaches to the engine's side and interfaces with oil lines. The findings were communicated to the customer.
