What does it even mean to have an “Ez Lube” bushing?🤨

This is a great question, and one that needs a good answer!

At JBA Offroad, we developed and patented a unique innovation on the typical bushing. Within each synthetic elastomer bushing, we have designed and implemented grease ports with pressure relief valves. These are used to ensure your bushings stay lubricated without the risk of over-pressurization.

Additionally, these features mean you don’t have to loosen any bolts or adjust anything on your vehicle when you do maintenance- simply attach your grease gun and pump until you see fresh grease coming out the sides. It’s really that easy.

The good news? Our Ez-Lube bushings come included in 100% of our upper control arm product line!

Do you know what JBA stands for? ⁉️

More often than not, we go by JBA, but did you know the acronym actually goes way back?

In 2004, the first set of UCA’s were installed on Al Handy’s 2002 Jeep Liberty and the company Jeepin By Al took flight.

After being sold to Marlin Gehman in 2007, JBA (Jeepin By Al) continued to expand its offerings to more makes and models of vehicles. In 2019, JBA discontinued its lift kits and armour offerings, and decided to solely focus on Upper Control Arms.

That’s all you need to remove in order to swap out a JBA Ball Joint. No alignments, presses, or stress required!

With our ball joints, we designed them to take the stress out of off-roading, and made it as simple as can be to replace them in a flash. We know not everyone has the tools, time, and knowledge to press new ball joints in and out!
