๏ Keep organized all supplies, tools, and equipment
๏ Everything in the shop has ONLY ONE storage location
๏ Keep your work station always in order and clean
4. EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
๏ Employee management: Help with hiring, Training, Meetings, Schedule
๏ Problem solving
๏ Improving repair SOP’s
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
๏ 3-5 years of Mechanic experience
๏ Managing experience
๏ Must speak English
๏ Problem solving
๏ Must have your own tools
WORK STATUS
Full -Time
Hours: Mon-Sat 8-5
WE OFFER
$25-35 per job/hour or flat rate whichever is greater.
