So I changed my home services with to internet only, no phone or TV.
I spoke with an agent in a foreign country who said they could save me money by switching my cell phones to Xfinity Mobile.
I advised my cell phone are through my Business with Comcast Business Mobile and that wasn’t an option.
Changes take place today and all my business lines are now deactivated.
God only knows how much money it cost me to have save money by not having a 24/7 US call center so I could speak with an American instead of Susan in Pakistan? BTW I’m pretty sure her real name isn’t Susan since I had to have her repeat it 3 times to understand WTF she said!
