Due to our dedicated customer base that is continuously growing we are looking to fill a few spots for immediate hire. We run a fast paced operation with a long term loyal customer base. We are looking for experienced operators but are willing to train the right individual. Both full & part time positions available. Having a CDL is a plus but not mandatory. Ken Weber Truck Service has a large base of Heavy Duty towing and recovery customers, equipment transport customers, along with flatbed customers so there is alot of options and room for a operator to grow along with doing law enforcement towing! We are flexable and wiling to help train and grow the right candidates for the follow:

-Rollback Operators

-Heavy Flatbed/Landoll Operator

When it comes to law enforcement towing & recovery Ken Weber Towing & Recovery has you covered! No matter what is asked of our team or no matter when it is our trained team is there to make sure our partners at the local law enforcement agencies are taken care of for any of their towing & recovery needs at a moments notice. We take alot of pride in having late model equipment, trained operators, and availability 24/7/365 to open the road as quickly as possible no matter the situation from a car broken down to a semi rolled over and we were glad to see it doesn’t go unnoticed. In March our operations manager Jai and his wife Brittany were invited to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department award ceremony. At that time the Sheriff’s office presented the team at Ken Weber Towing & Recovery as well Jai the Citizen’s Certificate of Merit awards for the consistent dedication to the Sherriff’s office on a daily basis. This award was recognizing our professional support daily on quick clearance on the roadway as well as assisting with helping trainings for different entities within the Department. This award is very valuable to us as not a day goes by we don’t set out to help the sheriffs office and the community’s we surround! Thank you to everyone on our team who makes it possible to give the level of service Ken Weber Towing & Recovery offers everyday to get all of our teams home safe to their families!

This year marks the company’s 40th year in business. This company started out with Ken and Mary having a dream with a truck shop and one heavy duty tow truck! Well things have changed a little over the past 40 years and we couldn’t be more excited to share!

A lot of big changes have been happening this year but today was a hard one for a lot of our KWTS team. After twenty years of the 502 being the flagship Heavy Duty Rotator for Ken Weber Truck Service we parted ways with it. This was Ken’s personal truck for many years and then transitioned to Craig’s truck as Ken started taking more time away from being on the road. This truck has made a lot of memories for our team and a lot of customers as well over the years being there to save the day in a time of need. We have been working on updating our fleet when we can and even though we are sad to see it go we are excited to welcome our newest addition to the fleet! Welcome unit # 562 to our fleet being a 2024 Peterbilt 1075 Heavy Duty Rotator! This unit is very similar to 552 that we added last year. We take a lot of pride in being there for our customers and law enforcement when in a time of need and we prepare with the best equipment and operators in the industry!

Thank you to all of our loyal customers for believing in us and trusting us with any of your towing and recovery needs!

Especially thank you to our team for making it happen day in and day out no matter what! We are thankful for our talented team on a daily basis to be able take care of our customers at the level they do so thank you!

Shout out to Lynch Truck Center for making sure we always have the best equipment to take care of our customers at a moments notice!

Last Thursday we were contacted by another towing company to assist with a rolled over concrete belt truck. When the call came in we knew this was a recovery for our biggest recovery rotators as the job was a hour away with partial road closure and no room for error. We dispatched two 75 Ton Heavy Duty Rotators immediately. The unit pictured 552 from our Waukesha office and 502 from our Pewaukee office with an additional operator for all of he rigging that needed to be done. The job went flawlessly and we couldn’t be more proud of the team and equipment for always being there to help our customers at a moments notice!

Here are a few pictures from the double loaded tractor trailer accident from early Monday morning on Interstate 94 @ Redford Blvd. Our team did a great job getting the road opened just in time for rush hour traffic Monday morning. Once the trucks and cargo was clear of the interstate we swept the road to be able to get all of the lanes reopened in a timely manner. We then did a scheduled lane closure to come back out after the morning rush to clean the steep ditch of all of the debris and cargo that went down the ditch from the concrete wall down to 75’ down the embankment. When we were complete the road and ditch were cleaned up like the accident never occurred. We are very proud of the professionalism and efficiency that our team provides on a daily basis!

Also a big shout out to: Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, Waukesha County Public Works, & Workman Enterprise. It takes a team working together to keep these roadways open and safe!

Last week our team responded to three heavy duty rollovers for our loyal customers. Over the years we have grown our fleet into the best equipment on the market to make jobs like these go easy when they are performed by our experienced and well trained operators.
