🏁 HILLBILLY WEEKEND RECAP 🏁
What a weekend at the track! Hillbilly Weekend was a long one, but we’re proud of the fight our team showed all weekend.
Friday: We pulled double duty with both the Steel Block and Crate cars. The Steel Block picked up the heat win, and finished 10th in the feature, while the Crate car we finished 13th in the feature.
Saturday: We ran our Steel Block in the late model show. We qualified 5th in our group and brought it home 9th in the feature.
Sunday: Back in the Steel Block for the late model show, we missed the transfer by just 2 spots in the heat, putting us P4 in the B-Main. We got the job done and won the B-Main, transferring into the Hillbilly 100!
Starting 19th, we worked our way forward to 13th before a bolt on the upper control arm broke, ending our night and taking us out of the race.
Not exactly the ending we were looking for, but we’re proud of the weekend and the effort everyone put in. 💪🏁
