C & D Towing and Transport has FULL-TIME driver openings for tow truck drivers. JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!

All candidates must:

-Pass a background check.
-Must have valid CA driver's license.
-Have a clean 3 year driving record.
-Fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus)
-Once hired, be willing to attend AAA Certified Training Classes.
-Once hired, be able to work flexible hours and enjoy overtime opportunities.
-Have outstanding customer service skills.
-Friendly, positive attitude.
-Well groomed and proper hygiene
-Must be Responsible and Reliable.
-Have good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:
-Previous BSP experience
-Previous towing experience (Wheel lifts, flatbeds, livestock hauling, equipment transport)
-AAA Certifications
-Proficiency in a secondary language
-Mechanical skills

Job Description:

Tow truck driver duties include towing and providing service calls for vehicles, possible off-road jobs, long hauls, winch outs, maintaining and tow trucks/service trucks, keeping a clean tow truck as well as a clean driver appearance.

Full-time position:

Pay is commission

Qualifications:

Good customer service skills

Some mechanical knowledge

Must live in North County: San Miguel, Paso Robles, Templeton or Atascadero

Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes

Clean DMV record and background check are required

Driver must be able to pass random drug testing

Driver must be wiling to be on call some nights and weekends

Previous experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.
