We now have 4 Collision Centers serving Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties. Sunnyside Collision Center was established in 1989 and is owned and operated by the Sunnyside Automotive Group based in North Olmsted who also operates locations in Parma, Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted and Elyria.

Sunnyside Collision was created to provide our customers with state-of-the-art collision work and body repair in the greater Cleveland area. We have been serving the greater Cleveland area for over 30 years. You will find a well-established and reputable body shop ready to work with you and your insurance company. Our first location was and still is in North Olmsted at 27000 Lorain Road. Soon after opening in North Olmsted, Sunnyside Collision opened additional Collision Centers, with its most recent addition in Parma on West 130th Street. Sunnyside Collision maintains all locations to better serve you, our customers, east and west of the Lorain county/Cuyahoga County Line.

I was in accident and took my vehicle here for repairs Jon Madera helped me through the process making it less stressful by dealing with my insurance company all I had to do was drop off my vehicle and pick up when it was completed Jon made sure it was perfect before delivering it to me wow what a great experience thank you Jon for being nothing less than awesome . Dealt with Jon, the damage appraiser, and also the detail shop manager. Both are phenomenal guys and cleaned up our car free of charge during the estimate. A big dump truck came into our lane today and the tire hit us causing some minor scratching and rubber residue. Called up Sunnyside and they got us in for a free estimate 30min later. Jon, the damage appraiser, came out, gave us a fair opinion and was very nice, he even took out some buffing compound and started cleaning the car.

I worked with Jon in the repair center and Amy in the service department. Both employees were top notch, and customer service was on point. They took their time to explain the process of both the damage and issue with the timing belt. I good team effort all around. Jon was excellent. Very helpful and even waited after close to let me pick up my car. My cars, radiator, front bumper and hood were all crunched due to an accident I got in. My car was borderline totaled. Now after the work Jon put into, it it’s actually running BETTER than before my accident. Highly recommend this establishment.

This is the third Equinox that I have leased from Sunnyside Chevrolet! So it was a no brainer that I would take it there to be fixed after I was in an accident. I can’t say enough about the people that work at Sunnyside and how well they take care of you. Greg and Jamie in the collision center kept me informed step-by-step of what was happening with my car. That’s why I will always go back to Sunnyside Chevrolet! And when asked... I tell everybody about them!

I called them to schedule an appointment and they had me in that same day to do an estimate. I asked how long and they said roughly 15-20 min. That was exactly correct. They sent the estimate to my insurance and went over it with me right then and there. I had an issue with my rental car, they picked up the phone and had a car delivered to me within 20 min from another rental company , they also called my insurance company to change the company. They repaired my vehicle a week ahead of the estimated time. They called to confirmed my insurance company had paid the claim. The repair is excellent - even matched my red paint - on a car that is 7 years old! They followed up to see if I had questions. And I do- so I will be calling them to ask. I am more than pleased with The entire team at the collision center!

Took my car to Sunnyside Collision center in north olmsted for a repair. Jake did such an amazing job through the whole process. He was very helpful, easy to work with and very courteous. My car was back to me the next day. I couldn't have asked for a more stress-free experience. Thank You Jake for such wonderful customer service.
