CarFest 2026 Parking Pass Emails

The emails are starting to be sent for this year's registrants and are going out in waves. As we utilize an unpaid service to automate the emails this means they don't all go out the same day or the same time. If you have registered and paid, you should be getting your parking pass email over the next week. It is not necessary to respond to the parking pass email, we can see the status of sent/received/opened. :)

Here is the registration link for those interested in volunteering or donating necessary parts to support the restoration of Jason's truck. This list will be updated often as we make progress, so please check back often. We intend to feature this vehicle as the Special Invite car at the upcoming Parker Car Fest. There is a lot of work to do, but we know we have a great group to get it done!

Come help rebuild Jason's 1985 Chevy K10 which will be the "Special Invite Truck" at the 2026 Parker Carfest. Jason Bessant was a good friend and long time sponsor of Car Fest. Last year August 15 we had a tragic post about a good friend and long time sponsor for Car Fest passing away. We had a memorial cruise, celebration of life shortly after and we talked about finishing a project that Jason Keith Bessant was working on with his son.

Today was a big step in moving that project along.
We were able to move the project truck from his house to a garage with a little more room, thank you Collin Stauter for the work area. I also want to thank Jordan White with Brother's Towing and Roadside. Chantz was on time and loaded the truck up and got us moved without incident.

We will be posting more about this project soon, looking for volunteers to help put this K10 back together for a great cause.

It is with very heavy heart and deep sadness that we share the unexpected loss over this past weekend of Jason Keith Bessant, one of our own and long-time sponsor of CarFest as the owner of Big O Tires Parker.

Jason was a cherished and valued part of the Parker Cruisers community and will be missed deeply.

Our thoughts and condolences are with his wife Teri, their children, and his “adopted sons” at Big O.
