All of SRS exeutives, and Project Managers do not just sit in a office to delegate authority and pass on client instructions or preferences. They are in the field 75%-90% of the time. Each client has a dedicated PM that is onsite to provide first hand knowledge of any issues, shoould they arise. This allows us to provide a better service to exceed our clients expectations.
