Just a little rant after the week we have had.

1. Does your dealer mechanic call and check in on you and your equipment a few days after pick up / delivery?
2. Does your dealer mechanic accept deliveries after hours and on weekends?
3. Does your dealer mechanic answer the phone day and night, 7 days a week to troubleshoot, log your repair in etc...?
4. Does your dealer mechanic spend nights and weekends researching your peculiar issues and communicating possible repair options?
5. Does your dealer mechanic truly do everything possible to save you money?
6. Does your dealer mechanic guarantee their work and complete warranty repair labor at no cost to the customer, just to ensure you are taken care of?

If you answered no to any of the previous questions, then you might have the wrong people taking care of your outdoor power equipment.
