Thank you to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department for the opportunity to build two Ram truck units. The one seen in this video was a K9 patrol unit which had an added K9 kennel including custom fabricated ductwork to allow better heat and air conditioning to the kennel itself. Installed equipment included Setina partitions, Setina push bumpers, Feniex visor lights in the front windshield and rear light sticks in the back glass, E-106 lights all around, Whelen sirens, and Havis short stack center consoles.

Here are some before, during and after photos of recent work we completed. We have teamed up with Belzona to offer an additional solution to worn and aged plumbing on your fire apparatus. This intake manifold had several places leaking. Some of them were just too bad to patch and had to be replaced however a couple of spots were repaired using the Belzona product. Belzona is a two stage two part repair. The first stage consist of filling any holes or pits and is machined using standard metal working tools. The second stage consists of a thin ceramic coating applied to the entire surface. The finished product will last longer than the mild steel pipe it repairs and best of all, no more leaks. Thank you for your continued support and thank you for choosing us for your emergency vehicle needs.

We were recently contacted by one our customers concerning a water leak from the booster tank. The apparatus involved had hit a large pothole responding to a call and began to leak. After removing the tank we found a split in the seam of the tank and the baffles in the rear had separated. A technician from United Plastic repaired the tank and it was reinstalled allowing the apparatus to return to normal service. We have since teamed with United Plastic to become subcontractors for plastic tank repairs.

Another video of the Expedition we just finished up. Whelen Ions are in the grill, Whelen light bar, 8EVP dual color surface mounts which are emergency lights as well as additional scene lighting, and Commander lights in the rear glass. Notice how big a difference the Hella Hero lights made in the tail lights.

We just finished this Ford Expedition up, adding a new product to our available lighting. Whelen lightbar, 8EVP license plate lighting, and our new product, the Hero manufactured by Hella in the tail lights.
