By choice, at Gonzo’s Auto Body, we are an independent repair shop. We are NOT contracted with any insurance company. That means our responsibility is to you and the proper repair of your vehicle.
You have the right to:

âś… Ask questions about how your vehicle will be repaired
âś… Choose quality parts and proper repair procedures
âś… Have your vehicle repaired by the shop you feel most comfortable with
Your insurance company may have preferred shops, but you do not have to use one simply because they recommend it.
We’ve proudly served our community for years, and we believe you should never feel pressured to choose a repair facility based solely on an insurance company’s recommendation.
