We're sad that we couldn't find time to get our racer back up and running this year. But I made sure to find another way to show my pride! I'm lucky to have access to some pretty cool machines at my business, and love finding way to combine my love of nails, holo, and machining. This time I took logos for and of course and made a custom stamping plate! Since these weren't really compatible with reverse stamping, I tried something new to me and used multiple colors on a single stamp. I am so incredibly happy with how these turned out and I can't wait to show them to anyone who's attending!

We didn't do so great in our race this morning. We were rummaging through the car to try and figure out what was wrong. Turns out we left the parking break on😅
Thankfully though, we saw these cracks in the frame because of the search. It really sucks to do so poorly in a sprint race where speed matters. But a fully broken frame during the endurance race later today may have very well taken us out for the rest of the day. Cracks are easily repairable so Nick's out in the pits welding the cracks up. We should have it safe to drive soon so come check us out while we do practice laps!

Sheba has decided that she likes to chase our power wheels. So we let her get a lap or two in while we drive carefully so she gets some exercise.

Some times you have to make the tools you need 🤣 We had a lot of breakage during the endurance race and couldn't find the other saw horse quick enough. So we made one! We used a folding chair for the height and some hardware bins for some weight. Worked surprisingly well and we were able to finish the race!
