Fund 7 has surpassed $100M in subscriptions. Maximum Offering Amount increased to $150M.
MHPI VII, LLC ("Fund 7") has received more than $100M in subscriptions. As a result, the Maximum Offering Amount has been increased to $150M. Further increases beyond $150M are not anticipated.

With over than 500 Members, Fund 7 is Elevation’s 7th investment offering to date. Fund 7 is comprised of a mix of both storage facilities and manufactured housing communities, and controls more than 7,500 units across 19 assets in 7 states. The Fund is currently making monthly distributions to its Members and expects distributions to continue for the foreseeable future though distributions are not guaranteed. The primary objective for this asset is to drive NOI (Net Operating Income) growth over time.

Market Overview

Minot, named City of the Year 2018 by the League of Cities, is a city in and the county seat of Ward County, North Dakota, United States, in the state's north-central region. It is most widely known for the Air Force base located approximately 15 miles (24 km) north of the city. With a population of 40,888 at the 2010 census, Minot is the fourth largest city in the state and a trading center for a large portion of northern North Dakota, southwestern Manitoba, and southeastern Saskatchewan. Founded in 1886 during the construction of the Great Northern Railway, Minot is also known as "Magic City", commemorating its remarkable growth in size over a short time.

Minot is the principal city of the Minot micropolitan area, a micropolitan area that covers McHenry, Renville, and Ward counties and had a combined population of 69,540 at the 2010 census. In 2017, it was estimated that the population of the Minot Micropolitan Area was 77,309.

Crowley, located just South of Fort Worth, Texas, is a part of the broader Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

The Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex's population is 7,399,662 according to the 2017 U.S. Census estimate, making it the largest metropolitan area in both Texas and the South, the fourth-largest in the US, and the seventh-largest in the Americas. In 2016, DFW ascended to the number one spot in the nation in year-over-year population growth. In 2016, the metropolitan economy surpassed Houston, Texas to become the fourth-largest in the nation, with a real GDP of just over $511 billion in 2016. As such, the metropolitan area's economy is ranked 17th largest in the world.

The region's economy is primarily based on banking, commerce, telecommunications, technology, energy, healthcare and medical research, and transportation and logistics. In 2017, Dallas–Fort Worth is home to 22 Fortune 500 companies, the third-largest concentration of Fortune 500 companies in the nation, behind New York City (63) and Chicago(34).
