Car needed another tire because the belt was showing causing the death wobble in my car so I decided to give this place a try. drove all the way up there , completely 45 minutes across town from where we were, when we got there, there were quite a few people standing outside. three of which were employees all they did was stare at us. they didn't pay me or my husband any mind mind or even once moved an inch to come and help us or asked us if we needed help with something or even a polite way of saying I apologize for a little backed up I'll be with you in just a few minutes . Mind you we're all in bright colored royal blue clothing. Also, the man that had given me the directions initially asked me what car I was driving, which I complied, so he knew exactly what I was driving!! everybody saw me pull in Walk Up, Walk inside, nobody was in there. We stood patiently, in there for about 3 minutes. nobody came in so we turned around and walked right back out . Just to stand out in the hot sun another five minutes. Finally my husband and I decided, - to hell with it decided to leave!!! I'm not going to stand nowhere as hot as it is here in Florida. Because all the chairs that you could sit in were taken and shade. But in all honesty, if you can't have common decency enough for your customers to say "I'll be right with you" or "how may I help you" or even an apology for the wait because they were busy or something. But instead my husband and I didn't even as much as get a hello!!!! so I will definitely NEVER go back to THIS shop and if you have an emergency with your vehicle I would highly suggest you go somewhere else because you will just have to sit out in the hot sun , sick as a dog, just wanting to get a tire so my vehicle was safe for my baby girl and my family . not one person gave a damn to help! This is what's wrong with our world today people just don't care!!!! Lord Jesus please God help me and my family to make it home safely because I don't have money for anybody else. Thanks again Charley's Tire shop for NONE of your help!!!!
Thank you again for yet another great customer service experience, and keeping me in the road for another year. We might travel the country, but we come to you for our tire almost every spring.
