Are you guy's open?

Been going to Hid pro for years for all my vehicles for some custom work but mostly for HID lights. Quality was never the greatest but they backed their product with a warranty and stood by it. Took my 2017 GMC Yukon back in November of 2018 to get HIDs, May 2019 my left headlight went out, I called and spoke to the owner Carlos and he told me to come in at 12:30 that he will get it fixed quick. I get there and he says there’s 4-5 hour wait and that a bunch of walk ins had come in. I explained to him that I’m leaving go Miami the following day and needed my headlights to be fixed. Besides the fact that he, himself told me to come at 12:30. He repeated himself and said there’s a 4-5 hour wait and he couldn’t swap the light out. Mind you this can be done in 10 minutes. The owner himself didn’t back his product or his word. I will never do business with them, I referred so many customers to these guys and never gain.
