A close friend of mine had the worse experience here! I hate that she was made to feel this way! The feeling of walking into an establishment and being ignored will never not sting. No matter how many times it happens. We’re in the market for a new car. I have only ever owned Honda Civics, since my first car at 17. It only made sense that since our family has grown we’d check out Classic Honda! You can imagine how disappointed we were when upon walking in we weren’t greeted. We walked around a little bit, started looking at cars on our own, passed sales people sitting down alone, one was sucking on a lollipop, another walked by us more than once. Finally, after we had helped ourself to a vehicle, LincolnJr Haynes caught the eye of the woman with the lollipop and she said “hi, how are you” he said fine and she walked away. We looked around more, walked outside, walked back in....NO ONE ELSE SAID A WORD. Finally, after Lincoln and I decided that although a new Pilot was what we were interested in, we were not interested in the lack of customer service. As walking out the same woman asked if we had been helped. I told her no, and explained my dissatisfaction and asked for a comment card. She told me to go to their website. So I proceeded to walk away, I turned around to ask for her name and the name of her manager to find her grinning at someone behind the desk where I was just speaking to her. So I asked for the manager, and she pointed there behind the desk at someone who I can only assume had heard the exchange. Her attitude became increasingly sour. And when I asked her name, the manager interjected and told her “I got this”. I informed him that a response from her would be appropriate. At this point he was also defensive. Long story short. Don’t go here, it just makes me sad whenever we have these experiences 😢 wearing the skin God gave me often makes me wonder why it is I run into these problems often. Seeing someone who looks different walk in behind you and get greeted with an excitable “hello, what are you looking for?” It will just never feel good. I know, I look young, but honestly shouldn’t we treat everyone be treated the same. ***manager Alberto and saleswoman Jessica if you’re reading this I hope that growth comes from this experience. All I’m hoping for is a world where my children never have to feel unseen. ***I also want to add that their service department has always been awesome! We upkeep our car through them, and will continue to do so as they have always treated us well!
I was thinking about giving your dealership a second chance after about 7 years of not using you after a horrible experience buying a used car from you being treated like a thief by the salesman and being lied to by him but I went on your website to see approximately what my cars trade in would be and less then 60 seconds I had 5 emails 1 text and a phone call

If you are looking for a decent deal and straight forward people, call Classic Honda. Our first contact was Brittany from internet sales, followed by Rafael, sales manager and Brian, the salesperson. They are all 5 star individuals. No sales pressure and the most transparent deal we had in a very long time. No games back and forth to work a deal. My husband is not afraid to travel anywhere to get a deal, so driving 2 hours was very easy. Each deal is different, so we won’t tell you how much we paid, but competitors asked us to send them a copy of the paperwork because they said the deal we got was an impossible deal. Bottom line is this, Dealers are in business to make money, they have a fixed cost to conduct business. Any business that makes no money becomes an expensive hobby. Some dealers charge customers excessively, but some decide is best to make a deal and get repeat customers instead of bleeding everyone who walks through their door. Some prey on the elderly, the first time buyers and the ones who normally allow anyone to push them around. Honda Classic treated us very fair without knowing how much experience we had. They used their creativity to put the deal together. They made money, but probably less than they would like to make. The difference is, they now have a repeat customer. Thumbs up to you guys! My husband is really impressed with the quality of service provided to him yesterday. He does not have Facebook, so he asked me to post his experience so other people would have a chance to read.
This dealership does not stand behind the work done by its service department. Had a power steering pump replaced two years ago. It now needs to be replaced again. Service manager insists the part and labor is only covered for 12 months/12k miles. Unwilling to consider helping since it’s an issue with the initial repair (return line not replaced, bolts not replaced). Avoid this dealership and specifically their service department at all costs.
Do not buy from Classic Honda Orlando or take your vehicle there for service, ever. They have horrible customer service and obviously only care about a sale. My in laws bought a BRAND NEW Honda Pilot from them a little over a year ago, the car just barely hit 5K miles. After being promised to repair what is obviously a defect in the vehicle last week, my father in law took it in for his appointment this morning only to be told that they would not be fixing the defect because the car “must have been in some sort of accident to cause this.” Frustrated for his parents, my husband then went in to speak with them, where the general manager admitted that they lied last week when they promised to fix it free of charge. He also stated to my husband that “cars just aren’t built like they use to be!” so I guess they are admittedly selling people pieces of junk. *Please share this post so nobody else falls victim to this dealership!* Below are pictures of her car that was clearly in an accident, right? 🙄🙄🙄
I cannot express enough how upset and disappointed I am with Classic Honda’s service department. Out of the 8 people that I spoke with, half said that they would not work on Acura vehicles. Of the 4 that contradicted the other half, they told me that I could not bring parts in myself (which I have done at every other Honda and Acura shop that I have had my vehicle serviced. From brake pads to a center console to an alternator, oil, filter, spark plugs, you name it. The reasoning..... I was told that Classic Honda needed to order the parts and “upcharge” me for those parts in order to warranty what Acura, American Honda, and the dealerships in which I bought those parts have already warranted. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and a very poor reflection of American Honda (which actually ran an ad of a customer driving 500,000 miles....finishing his trek at the Acura headquarters where they gave him a timing belt, water pump, and tensioner to be taken to his Acura/Honda dealership for installation.
This is the absolute worst service center I have ever dealt with. For starters, depending on who you talk to, they either do or don’t service Acura vehicles. Secondly, this is the only Honda (or Acura) dealership that I have ever called that refuses to allow customers to bring in their own parts (from a dealership). The reasoning I received was because they needed to “upcharge” the parts in order to “warranty the part”..... which is already warrantied through Acura and the Acura dealership. This is the closest Honda dealership to me, and they have lost 100% of my business. They were unprofessional and unclear of their own policies, contradicting each other in every call. I have lived in 9 different cities, and have never experienced such terrible customer service.

You know what's the most ridiculous thing about this particular dealership? The fact that every time I come, they provide such amazing service that I am forced to have to go back and change my review and just add some more words to it! This is my second platform for reviews, my first being Yelp but I have already updated my review a few times so I figure it's time for a new one on Facebook! I came in today for an oil change, short on time, I come in had the pleasure of meeting Mister Kenny Love! He was able to provide fast service and was also able to price match and me other services because of my loyalty to this location! One of the best Honda dealerships to go to with the best staff!
So this is how I was told the anchors for the cargo net I had them install fit, best they could do! My NEW HR-V. Are you serious? Very upset.
