The worst experience ever, I texted when I arrived at the airport to be picked up, after waiting like 30 I called and they said oh we don't have any shuttles to pick you up, take an uber and we will reimburse you! yeah, ok still waiting for that and know that I will never see a dime, will never use them ever, ever again!!! Terrible
Stay far far away this is what they did to my vehicle.
Horrible service. Leaves you stranded at the airport to catch a uber/lyft. Never use them
Booked a Reservation thru WAY.COM and received a Confirmation #. Booked the time of Arrival @ 6:00 a.m. When I arrived I was told that they were overbooked and I was directed to another lot (at a higher cost).
Additionally, my return pickup time was listed as 1:00 a.m. and I now see that the lot closes at Mid-night.
What a way to start a trip - and if they had honored the confirmation, it would have been even better knowing that the Shuttle Service was not available and the lot would have been closed when I arrived to pickup my car. What a way to run a business!
