Well, good news, I test drove the Rav for the first time last night!

Bad news! It died 5 minutes into the test drive lol.

Lot done today. Steering mocked up, fuel lines connected, harness on the car side plugged in, manual boost controller lines run.

Gonna be running next weekend if everything else goes smooth. Gotta bleed brakes and clutch, hook up shifter cables and reassemble interior

Jody Leder and I made excellent progress this weekend. The GTE is in and harness is plugged in. Now I just have to route vacuum lines, connect the shifter and drive line, and wire up some gauges and we will be driving!

Few more bits of progress on the 3SGTE Rav4. Got the engine and transmission in the cradle and mated together after a month hiatus. Needing a few more manual swap parts, I found this running donor car on Facebook marketplace and made a deal. Hopefully will have this car done as I have a major road trip I want to take it on at end of July.

Engine in the Rav cradle along with new front struts. Going to be plugging in the harness this week, hopefully the engine will be back in the car in the next coming week and then I can really focus on getting it together.

The Eagle has landed! Harness back from WireGap. Now we can really make some headway and get this thing back together!

Apologies for the lack of updates, work has been keeping me busy and fighting with transmission/transfer case fitment burnt me out for a bit, but I have great news. Just paid my invoice from WireGap so my harness is back on its way which means I can really start making some progress on this machine and get it done!

Now that's progress! Accessories hung back on it, had to cut and dice the AC compressor a lot, but got everything to fit. Ordered the downpipe, plugs and oil filter for it, we are pretty close now!

Not a whole lot of progress, but progress nonetheless. I fitted the flywheel(not shown), cleaned the engine a bit and got it moved over next to the Rav. Hoping to get everything together this weekend in preparation for the harness to return from WireGap
