20 years ago today Cutting Edge Lawn Service, LLC was established.
And although a lot of things have changed a few things remain the same. My goal has always been to Design, Install and Maintain outdoor spaces through exceptional professionalism and service leaving a legacy of pride for our clients and the people of this company.
I have spent the past few weeks reminiscing about all the people I have encountered in 20 years, from my first landscape customer to the customer I just met last week. From planting trees at 3 am at Toomer’s Corner to our largest commercial job just last year. From helping other small business owners building new projects to landscaping my close buddy’s new house. I value them all big or small.
There are so many people to thank for our success over the past 20 years. My parents for always believing in me even at 20 years old wanting to start a business, everyone who has ever worked a day at Cutting Edge but especially the ones who have been with me for 15 years plus, our suppliers who help make the job go more smoothly, the best customers a business owner could ask for and my wife who has been on this journey with me for the last 13 years. But most of all I thank the Lord for blessing me with an entrepreneurial spirit. I could never have imagined where we are today and could never have done it alone.
My greatest success isn’t 20 years in business, it is establishing a business that is able to support our employees families, allows me to serve my community through philanthropy and give back to the community that I have been a part of since I was 7.
Thank you for a blessed 20 and we hope the next 20 is just as great!
