Good customer of mine is selling his generac generator off his toy hauler. I just serviced this unit, fresh oil, plugs, air filter, oil filter. Has power coming off unit but was having issues getting to coach! He’s bought a new generator and is selling this one. Runs fine.

Customer complaint: batteries going dead while plugged into shore power. Had 119v coming into converter and only 11.5 coming out of it. Unit would only kick on for a second and shut back down. Installed a new converter and we were back in business!

Customer complaint: water dripping out the vent while running. Let’s take a look: temperature sensor not properly installed causing unit to freeze over. Water was from shutting down and thawing out. Overfilled pan, siphon pump not kicking on to drain pan.
