Helmethead Design was created in 2007 simply as a hobby. I would paint a helmet and have our local hockey team, the UNO Mavericks, sign the helmet to have for my own personal collection. After a few years of doing this I began to get more and more people telling me how good my helmets look and began getting requests from people to paint helmets for them. It wasnt until spring of 2011 when I decided to expand and UNO approched me about painting helmets for them. 2011 was a great year and we look forward to creating a helmet for you.
