Mission Metals Mfg is looking for a motivated, driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This position is responsible for handling incoming leads and walk-in customers; however, this is not simply an order-taking position. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and expected to actively develop
new business every day, consistently prospect for new customers, and build long-term relationships with
existing clientele.
You’ll work with homeowners, contractors, builders, and other customers to understand their project needs,
provide the right materials and solutions, and develop relationships that lead to repeat business and
continued sales growth.
We’re looking for someone who is coachable, responsive, organized, and motivated to sell. The ideal
candidate can follow established company processes while taking initiative to grow their customer base and
increase sales.
