Another long week/weekend at the shop. First a transmission pull. (Waiting on the new one to get here) Then a fuel pump and filter in the ZJ. Then on to pulling the drive train from the WJ, for a swap just to find out it has a hole in the block and cannot be rebuilt. (Time to find a new engine)

This week at the shop, stage one of turning your work truck into a UFO.... Scott Coffman Jeff Christman
(Dual, separated battery banks with a master key to bridge the two banks and charge the rear from an alternator. Fully customized built power distribution center, with in cab switch panel. Two separate volt meters for each bank, and lights for days. Front running light bar, driver/passenger side bed pods, driver/passenger side work light bars, and in bed lights that double as reverse lights. Also diesel fuel cell and pump direct wiring, and electric start compressor.)
Next week comes the inner tool box lights.

Today at C&C Garage we begin the process of restoring these aluminum wheels and bed. This baby hasn't seen polish in it's 16 years of life. Anything from auto repairs, custom builds and off road work, or even Diesel maintenance and detailing, you name it we can do it!

Here is my 96 xj build/restrore so far. Bed lining the outside has been pushed off till winter but the inside and motor look good. Three week turn around is not too bad considering the list of things I had to do to it...

Well it's time for a full build. Everything in hand ready to go on. tune and fluid changes, seal everything this last week and now lift. This was day one wash day one week ago. More pics to come

Before and After. Upgraded intake to 98' + style, 4 port injector swap, dual battery bank secondary custom fuse relay panel ran to dash switches, as well as custom intake reroute.

Trimmed the bumper brackets, and moved my bumper back 4 inches. Also hid and tucked all the wires and control boxes.
