OTC is proud to present another project we’ve been working on, off and on, over the past several months!
This beauty started life as a 2013 Club Car Precedent that had been converted into a stretch limo cart many years ago. By the time it found its way to us, the engine was essentially a paperweight, and the cart had seen plenty of wear and tear over the years.
We did what we do best — stripped it down and rebuilt it.

The transformation includes:
Premium furnishings and finishes
A refreshed replacement motor
New Premium Kozip Seats
New 4” Allsport Lift Kit
New SGC Sport Wheel
New DoubleTake Dash
New Suspension/Shocks

She’s definitely not a speed demon, but that’s not what she was built for. She’s a fun, comfortable cruiser and people mover — perfect for enjoying the ride and turning a few heads along the way!

She’s an oldie but a goodie, we went through and checked out this classic club car for its owner. We cleaned the motor up and checked the brushes. Made a few repairs to wires and replaced a bad solenoid.
It’s also getting a set of new brake pads and complete service. This 89 DS will keep rolling!

🛠️We were finally able to get back to work on this project this weekend. It’s coming along, wish it was faster but we don’t cut corners around here.
We are in the re-assembly process so should not be much longer now.

Back to the paint booth this time with the roof. Looks like it’s going to turn out great. Again proper preparation is the key. Using the TRex liner by SpeedoKote for this limo roof and some of the trim pieces.

We were finally able to get the blue goose painted this morning, It's been super windy so was a challenge in our makeshift spray tent. It turned out great. The key to a good paint job is proper prepping, a lot of time has gone in to get to this point. Hopefully we will be done with this project soon. Better to be busy than not.
