Yesterday I sold my Miata. 🥲I can’t easily summarize how much happiness, fun, learnings and positive changes she had brought to my life in 10 photos or several paragraphs. 🧡 This ND2 put a smile on my face every time I drove it. She taught me to be a much better (manual car) driver 🤓 and a better amateur car mechanic 👩‍🔧. We logged 27 track days at 7 different tracks and 24 autocross events together in the past 4.871 years. We also shared memories of hundreds hours of mountain drives and car meets. 🥹She connected me with so many wonderful people in the Miata Community and other car communities. I can’t thank enough to everyone who helped me with car mods related questions and how to best drive it at limit. Except for some warranty work, tire mounts and alignments, all major mods were done in a DIY way with the help from .family and friends. 🥹🙏The ND2 definitely enhanced and empowered my relationship with hubby .family as working on the car together inevitably challenged our patience, but cultivated our critical thinking and communication skills. 💡❤️ I could see myself getting another miata in the future, so it’s just “Bye for now”. 🙂 Miata is Always the Answer.

“Your goal is go out and draw that data trace in the car with your foot.” 🦶📈📉 Our recent track day at Sonoma was one of my favorite events so far. We were “competing” in each 86Challenge class, but also worked as a team to explore and figure out the new track after the repavement. I had such a fun time chasing and being part of the “caravan” with 4 other 86s in the Mixed group. The encouragement, support, knowledge sharing and cheering all motivated me to keep coming back for more track day events with the community. 🙏 Love Sonoma in Spring. 😍🌼🌱🧡
Of course I’d also say YES to a local “Miata Challenge” group🥹🤓 if only there was one.
