1968 Camaro

We were super eager to get our hands on this Camaro that was restored by our client and his father! The color was incredibly unique and we were ready to take it to its highest levels of gloss and clarity.

Before we began compounding we attacked any random deep isolated defects with sand paper. Followed by a medium compounding step removing any scratches, defects & sanding marks. A final refinement step was needed to pull out the haze from our compounding step dialing the paint in to our standards.

We always ceramic coat our work to lock in that gloss & clarity while adding durable protection from washing swirls & light abrasion. Our goal when we ceramic coat is to have our coatings protect, eliminating poor paint conditions in the future.

Gtechniq’s Crystal Serum Ultra was applied to all painted surfaces.

Gtechniq’s G1 was applied to all glass.

Gtechniq’s C1/EXOV5 was applied to wheel faces.

A neat opportunity & such a unique project we were able to work on and more importantly PROTECT.

A beautiful piece of artwork on the back of a Triaxle body is non negotiable to protect. Shoutout to Dale Flewelling for the incredible craftsmanship, we were blown away 😳

We went back & forth with the owner curating the perfect protection plan of where we wanted the film.

The mural was not the only section of the body we applied film. The sides of the body had partial pieces applied, including us stacking 2 pieces on top of one another for maximum protection & thickness.

As the truck does not enter the workforce daily we were able to find a solid balance of protection inside a very reasonable budget that will last years at minimum!

Our team has a deep passion for protecting what matters to you rather it’s a piece of equipment, daily driver or weekend toy!

Into our hands was a fairly new 6k mile Denali Ultimate that our client purchased with intent to take good care of and protect. Previously our client had a poor experience with a ceramic coating/PPF job on another truck. We set expectations straight from the beginning and cannot stress enough that not all COATINGS or INSTALLERS are apples to apples. We encourage you to do your research, it matters.

This time around our client wanted to invest in a quality job for a truck well worth doing so and we gave him just that.

We buffed out any imperfections & polished the finicky GM black paint to a showroom finish.

From our initial phone call, we were eager to work with this client and protect their newest investment. We listened carefully to their concerns, discussed how the truck would be used, and combined their priorities with our professional recommendations as experienced installers.

We applied paint protection film to the hood, front fenders, and doors to defend the highest-impact areas against rock chips, road debris, scratches, & the brutal environments these trucks are in daily.

To achieve the cleanest possible PPF install on the doors, our team carefully removed the mirrors before applying the film. It was the longer, far more labor-intensive route—but after years in this industry, we know that the extra effort is what separates a good installation from an exceptional one. At East Coast Ceramic Coatings, we will always take the route that produces the best finished result.

Once our PPF services were complete, the entire cab received a multi-step paint correction, while the dump body received a light polish. We then protected the truck from top to bottom with:

We were super grateful for an opportunity to protect one of Twinbrook Landscaping newest purchase! A company that has nice equipment and prioritizes protecting it - especially the beautiful hand painted artwork!

We applied Paint Protection Film to the entire front nose (minus bumper), entire front doors, door/bed bottoms, tailgate & gloss black keypad pillars. We achieved our clients main goal of protecting the hand painted artwork work & protecting from rock chips in the highest impact areas.

Once our PPF services were completed it was time to complete a two step paint correction achieving highest gloss levels while creating the best surfaces for our professional ceramic coating to bond and adhere to.

When our polishing was to our final standards we applied Gtechniq’s Crystal Serum Ultra to all painted surfaces. Gtechniq’s EXOV5 was applied to all tops of PPF.

Wanted to showcase some photos of the ZL1 completed not just a reel! We are always trying to illustrate our quality that are team takes immense pride in! 💙💪🏽

Starting our services off by matching the rear factory glass by applying 20% to the two front windows while also adding some privacy to the interior of the cab.

We applied Stek’s Dynoshield Paint Protection Film to the entire Front Nose, Rockers & Door bottoms providing protection from road debris & rock chips 🛡️🛡️

All remainder of painted surfaces were compounded and polished creating a showroom paint quality.

After we were satisfied with our polishing work we applied Gtechniq’s Crystal Serum Ultra to all painted surfaces + wheel faces.

We have been waiting to get our hands on this truck for awhile after our friends at Ronnie Hatem did an unreal job with the pinstriping, gold leaf & new logo design!

Our services consisted of applying paint protection film to protect from rock chips on the front fenders & front parts of the fuel tanks. We also applied PPF to the top sections of the frame rails to prevent scuffs when walking on the deck.

Next we completed a full paint correction achieving a showroom finish prior to any ceramic coating services.

Our client reached out to us with intentions of keeping his W900 protected and pristine. We knew the goal could be accomplished between a combination of our paint protection film & ceramic coating services.

We applied Stek’s Dynoshield PPF to the front fenders protecting from rock chips at the trucks highest impact points. The battery boxes also received Paint Protection Film to protect against the majority of boot scuffs and abrasion that can be caused by getting in and out of the truck.

After our film services we completed a multiple step paint correction eliminating any swirls, defects or scratches prior to coating.

Our client brought this Corvette to us with one goal in mind - preserve it and keep it looking its absolute best for years to come.

To make that happen, we wrapped the entire Corvette in STEK’s Dynoshield Paint Protection Film for maximum protection against rock chips, swirls, scratches, and everyday wear — all while remaining virtually invisible when installed correctly. It’s quite literally protection you cannot see.
